简介：【背景】一位英国老夫人怀念2007年逝去的丈夫，剪辑了30多部电影，配音Celine Dion名曲《Power of Love》，制作一个长达10分钟MV“Power of Love in Period Film”，以纪念结婚三十年的幸福时光。一位网友看到后，以《Jane Eyre》剧情为背景，配曲《Rule the World》，制作一个MV“Period Drama Love”回赠，感人之至，特予转载。

《简爱》本名《Jane Eyre》，英国作家Charlotte Brinte的传世经典作品，讲述一个家庭女教师和男雇主的曲折爱情。Jane Eyre父母早亡，出身卑微，因抗拒歧视虐待，被寄养的亲戚送进孤儿院。长大的Jane Eyre，找到份家庭教师职业，毅然离开冰冷的孤儿院，来到Rochester家。然而，Rochester喜怒无常，阁楼总有怪笑，让Jane Eyre好奇又紧张。随着相互了解，女教师和男主人相爱了。婚礼时，却有人爆料说，Rochester 15年前就结婚了，其妻就是被关在阁楼的疯女人。伤心的Jane Eyre离开了Rochester，被一个牧师收留。牧师要Jane Eyre嫁给她，而Jane Eyre仍念旧情，又因忽降遗产，得知牧师是她表兄，于是决意“回头”找Rochester，却惊闻疯女人火烧庄园，并跳楼身亡。Jane Eyre找到伤残的Rochester，两人开始了新生活。
